Coaching requires a willingness to be aware of and reflect on our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Our beliefs are stories we hold to be true, yet these can work to either support or undermine our ability to achieve our goals. Once we recognise which help and which hinder, we can start to embed positive empowering thoughts to reduce the negativity and focus on moving towards our desired outcomes.

Silence makes many of us feel awkward, uncomfortable, and vulnerable. However, by embracing the power of silence and a willingness to be vulnerable we can gain greater self-awareness, self-confidence, and belief in our own self-worth. 

GIVING UP CAN BE GOOD

We’re often taught as children that we should never give up; that quitting is synonymous with weakness. However, there can be situations where giving up can greatly benefit your emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. Sometimes it takes more courage to twist than stick.
